Wiikwemkoong Junior Firefighters

The Wiikwemkoong Fire Department is looking for some highly motivated youth who want to join our junior firefighting program. The junior firefighting program allows you to learn about our local fire rescue and emergency medical service response organization in a safe, controlled, educational and fun way. It provides them with valuable life skills, such as teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and commitment. It also gives the department non-operational support and a robust recruitment mechanism.
